Hemp wraps are tobacco-free alternatives to traditional wraps. This guide explains what they are, how to choose between Zig-Zag and KARMA options, and which flavors suit your preferences.
Quick answer
Hemp wraps are 100% tobacco-free rolling sheets made from hemp fibers. For a balanced flavor and burn, try Zig-Zag Summer Slice; for a bolder taste, go with Zig-Zag OG Purp; for a budget-friendly fruity option, pick KARMA Blazin' Blue.
Why choose hemp over tobacco wraps?
Hemp wraps offer a cleaner base for your legal blends. They skip the nicotine and additives found in tobacco wraps, so you get a more neutral canvas that lets your blend's flavor shine. They also burn slower and smoother, which means fewer relights and a more even session.
Flavor profiles: what to expect
Each hemp wrap line has a distinct flavor approach. Zig-Zag focuses on natural fruit and herb blends, while KARMA leans into sweeter, dessert-like notes. The flavor intensity is subtle enough not to overpower your blend but present enough to add a pleasant twist.
How to pick your hemp wrap
- Flavor preference: If you enjoy light, fruity notes, choose Zig-Zag Summer Slice. If you want a bolder, earthy flavor, go with Zig-Zag OG Purp. For a sweet, candy-like profile, pick KARMA Blazin' Blue. Match the wrap's flavor intensity to your blend's strength.
- Freshness and storage: All listed wraps come in resealable packaging. This is crucial if you don't finish both wraps at once—reseal immediately to prevent drying out. Always reseal the pack after opening to maintain slow burn quality.
- Burn and draw: Zig-Zag wraps are known for a slow, even burn and smooth draw. KARMA wraps also burn well but may be slightly faster. If you prefer a longer session, Zig-Zag is the safer bet. For extended sessions, prioritize Zig-Zag wraps.
